Important Notes When Purchasing Tickets
After getting on the ticket site, students should select “tickets” and then they’ll see “enter promo code” on top of the section named general admission. The code is the name of each school in capital letters followed by 2025. For example, Harvard’s code is HARVARD2025. You must enter your school email to buy ticket. Our team will be cross referencing that school email and the promo code used to purchase tickets match. Any non school email tickets or mismatch between school and code tickets will be canceled.
Upenn students can host!
Upenn students can attend BILBcon for free if they host at least one student for BILBcon 2025. To receive the code for a free ticket you must fill out the host commitment form first.
Bilbcon Ambassador
The BILBCon team is extending an invitation to any Ivy League or Howard student to be a 2025 Conference Ambassador. Ambassadors will be the main point of contact for students at each school who are interested in attending the conference. Ambassadors will receive a free ticket, increased access to the conference's planning process, and get featured on our social media pages and newsletter. Any dedicated student can be an ambassador, regardless of year or field of study. For those interested, get in touch with us and share with others who might be!
